What is the Stoneybatter Festival?

The Stoneybatter Festival is a celebration of our local community and the creativity that surrounds us here in the heart of Dublin 7.

Building on the success of our past Festivals and on the work of Stoneybatter Pride of Place, the Festival will have activities for all ages and tastes.

Friday evening 16th June will mark the launch of the Festival followed by events in local pubs, shops and businesses.

Saturday 17th June is an Open Day where local businesses, schools, museums, churches and even private homes will open to the public. Stoneybatter will be buzzing with sporting, environmental, culinary, literary and music events all day.

Sunday, 18th June will be the highlight: a Family Fun Day will see Stoneybatter & Manor Street pedestrianised from Arbour Hill to Kavanagh’s Public House – with music, dance, food, stalls, talks, tours, workshops and special activities aimed at children and young people.

I rith na deireadh seachtaine, beidh réimse leathan imeachtaí ar siúil do gach duine, muintir na háite agus cuairteoirí, idir óg agus aosta. Bígí linn agus bain sult ‘is spraoi as ár bhféile i gcroílár BÁC 7.
